Please note. I am not taking new clients at present.

Having worked in the health service for many years, and as a Samaritan before I became a counsellor, I feel I’m able to offer my experience, impartiality and understanding to those looking for support and empathy when life becomes too difficult.
We all need somebody to talk to, and sometimes that somebody can’t be a family member or a friend.
Alongside my private practice, I work as a counsellor for a counselling charity.

I am a registered counsellor and member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My practice is guided by the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Christina Usher ~ Counsellor BA (Hons) RGN, Dip. MBACP Registered

I offer non-judgmental counselling irrespective of your age, gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation, in a safe, private and confidential setting in Reigate, Surrey.
You'll find a secluded and peaceful room where you can talk about your concerns and fears with a trusted professional.

I support and work with individuals from the age of 16 years, who are experiencing a wide range of issues, such as, anxiety, depression, addictions, relationship issues, separation, divorce, low self-esteem, anger and bereavement.

I specialise in working with people who have, or have had, relationship difficulties with their parents.

I work on an open-ended basis as well as short term.

My work is about helping you - by working with you - to find a way through any fear, distress, sadness or suffering, and hopefully arm you with a greater sense of confidence and potential - to better live a life of fulfilment.

If you contact me what happens next?

We will have a short phone or email conversation to get a clearer picture of whether counselling is what you’re looking for. If we go forward we would arrange an assessment where we can talk through how I might be able to help you, and you can gauge how you feel about working with me. If we feel we can work together, we'll agree a day and time for weekly fifty-minute sessions.

Please call the practice on 01737 210 345 and, if I'm not available - please leave a message.
Or call/text me on 07768 458027 and I will get back to you promptly.

Fees

I charge £55 per session.
